Search Engine for Sourcing Candidates from Google & Search Engines

I just got an email announcement from Recruiting Blogs on thier passive candidate search engine that relies on Google's Customer Search Engine service . What this essentially means is that one can enter search terms for specific candidates E.g. Controller New York and get a list of resumes from the Internet.

Recruiters have long relied on Google and other search engines to search for candidates and have used specialized search techniques to search for candidates. There are even training programs by experts to search for candidates on the Internet. Out of the box tools like Recruiting Blogs's passive candidate resume sourcing engine and others help lower the cost and expertise required to search on the internet for resumes.

Now a shameless blog, (this is after our company blog!). All these trends prove the importance of having a professional web presence that will help you get found by recruiters and impress employers before the interview.
