We have been awfully quiet lately (in fact a whole 51 days since we last updated our blog!), but that's because we have been heads down rolling out new features, improving site performance and working on other goodies.
We have been awfully quiet lately (in fact a whole 51 days since we last updated our blog!), but that's because we have been heads down rolling out new features, improving site performance and working on other goodies.
So, a list of the changes:
- Website UI Improvements- We have been making a lot of subtle and not so subtle UI changes to your website templates including reverting back to the 2 pane view (Yes, we heard you!), improving the look of your resume & other placements of features.
- Automatic Topic Suggestions- A big point of feedback from our user community has been the lack of direction or confusion once a website is set up. What do I do next? To make it easier for website owners, we automatically create topics that around your professional career. We do this by analyzing your profile and other factors to suggest these topics. These topics help you blog or share relevant information on your website. You can always change and delete these topics through your site settings.
- Reading List: A big data point for recruiters & employers when they evaluate candidates is to see how professionals keep themselves updated i.e. what blogs, news, magazines, information & books they read to stay on top of this profession. You can update your reading list through your site settings.
This is a glimpse of the stuff that we have been doing over the past many weeks and we hope to continue this pace over the coming weeks & months. Stay tuned!
